Separate staff parking for a full working day from parking for a short customer visit. Hillingdon lists varying maximum stays for on-street bays in Northwood and Northwood Hills.
Ask whether the property includes allocated spaces, how many you can use and whether parking costs extra. Check the signs for nearby public bays at the time people would arrive; a space on the street is not part of the letting unless the agreement says so.
