Privacy notice.
How Rivermark uses the personal information you provide through the website, by email or by phone.
Controller and contact
Rivermark Property Ltd is the controller for website and direct enquiry information. Contact enquiries@rivermarkproperty.com or call 07950 959865 about this notice or a data request.
Information collected
The enquiry form asks what property help you need, the property type, location, timing, your name and email address. Phone number, organisation and a short note are optional. The form does not accept document uploads, identification or financial information.
How information is used
Rivermark uses the information to read and reply to your enquiry, keep a necessary business record, avoid duplicate or conflicting contact and decide whether it can offer a service. The privacy checkbox is not consent to marketing.
Service providers
Rivermark may use email-delivery, hosting and abuse-prevention providers to receive and reply to an enquiry. They should process only the information needed to provide that service. Rivermark does not sell enquiry information or use it for advertising profiles.
Spam and abuse prevention
The website uses a hidden spam field, rate limits and duplicate checks. Short-lived keyed hashes are used for those checks instead of storing raw IP addresses or the enquiry text in the abuse-control store.
Retention and deletion
An ordinary enquiry that does not become client work should be deleted no later than 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a shorter period applies or Rivermark must keep a limited record for legal, regulatory, conflict or suppression reasons. You may ask about or request deletion of your information using the contact details above.
Sharing and checks
Enquiry information is not sold. It may be shared with a service provider or professional adviser where necessary. A first enquiry does not authorise Rivermark to share confidential property details or contact another party. Identity, conflict or anti-money-laundering checks may be required separately before work begins.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Rivermark will verify and handle a request through the contact details above.
