Your search
We begin with the home you need: the location, budget, accommodation and timing. The brief can also include journeys, accessibility and space for family.
We search available listings, make relevant enquiries with agents and compare the information supplied against your brief.
Viewings and offers
We arrange viewings and help you compare the homes you choose to take further. If you have already found a property, we can discuss a separate appointment for that home.
When you decide to make an offer, we help you prepare it and negotiate on your instructions. You decide whether to proceed.
Through to completion
We keep in touch with the selling agent and your appointed advisers, follow outstanding information and help coordinate agreed access.
Your solicitor handles legal advice and contracts; your surveyor assesses condition. Formal valuation, tax and finance advice remains with the relevant specialists.
Questions
How are fees agreed?
We discuss the work and fees with you and set them out in a written appointment before starting.
Can you help with a home I have already found?
Yes. We can discuss a defined appointment for one property, with the work and fee agreed separately.
Can I use my own advisers?
Yes. You choose your solicitor, surveyor and other advisers.
