Your sale
We begin with the property and your objectives. We discuss the information available, the proposed work, how the home might be presented and the fees before you decide whether to appoint us.
If another agent is already instructed, the existing agreement and any continuing obligations need to be understood before a new appointment.
Marketing and viewings
We agree the property details, photographs and marketing approach with you before introducing the home to prospective buyers.
Viewings are arranged around the household and any building requirements. We share relevant feedback and discuss any proposed change in approach.
Offers and progression
We pass on offers and discuss their terms alongside the price, including funding, conditions and proposed dates. You decide whether to accept an offer.
Once a sale is agreed, we stay in touch with the parties and your appointed solicitor, follow outstanding information and help coordinate agreed access. Your solicitor handles the contract and legal advice.
